Delivery and collection
Everything we send goes out from the shop on Garthland Drive, packed by us. Right now our merch is what's available to buy online — totes, tees and Nalgenes. Wine is in-store only, more on that below.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the whole UK, including the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We also ship to the EU and a selection of countries further afield. If your country shows up at checkout, we can get it to you.
What it costs
UK: £4.99, 2–3 working days
UK orders over £50: free
EU: £11.99
Rest of the world: £21.99
Collection from the shop: free
For UK orders, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surcharges appear later.
Ordering from outside the UK
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are set by the destination country and aren't included in our prices, so they're paid by you on delivery. Delivery times vary depending on where you are and how long customs takes. We'll send tracking so you can follow it.
When it goes out
We pack orders Monday to Friday and aim to get them away within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm or over a weekend go out the next working day. We will email you when it is on its way. If something is running late, we would rather tell you than leave you wondering.
Wine
Our bottles are in-store only for now. The Bottles section of the website shows everything on our shelves, so you can have a browse before you come in. Pick them up and pay at the counter.
Collecting
If you choose collection at checkout, we'll email you when your order is ready. Come in during shop hours (see the website footer) and bring your confirmation email; on your phone is fine. Someone else can collect for you as long as they can show your confirmation.
If something goes wrong
Damaged in transit, or nothing arrived when the tracking says it did? Email team@dailyglasgow.co.uk with your order number and a photo if there is something to photograph. Your goods are our responsibility until they reach you, so we will replace or refund — you do not need to take it up with the courier.
If a parcel has not turned up 10 working days after dispatch, get in touch and we will start a claim.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address before you confirm. If something comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it but will need to charge postage again.
