Refund policy

Returns and refunds

Online, it's just our merch — totes, tees and Nalgenes. If something isn't right, we'll sort it. Wine is bought in the shop, so that's covered separately below.

Changed your mind?

You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund. That applies to everything you buy online, sale items included, whether it came in the post or you collected it from the shop.

Items need to come back as they left: unworn, unwashed, unused, with any tags still on. If something comes back worn or used, we may deduct an amount to reflect that.

How to send something back

Email team@dailyglasgow.co.uk with your order number and what you're returning. No form needed. Then post it to:

DAILY
160 Garthland Drive
Glasgow G31 2SP
United Kingdom

Or just drop it into the shop.

Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We'd suggest a tracked service so there's proof it's on its way.

Refunds

Once it's back with us, we'll check it over and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days, usually sooner. If you return the whole order, we'll refund the original delivery charge too. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Exchanges

Wrong size? The quickest way is to return it for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll refund you in full, including postage both ways. After 30 days, get in touch anyway. You still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act, and we'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.

Orders from outside the UK

EU and international orders can be returned the same way. Return postage is yours to cover. We can't refund import duties or taxes you paid on delivery, as those go to your country's customs authority, but you may be able to reclaim them from them directly.

Wine and anything bought in the shop

Anything bought over the counter is covered by your normal statutory rights. If a bottle turns out to be faulty (corked, for example), bring it back with your receipt and we'll replace it or refund you. We can't take wine back because you've changed your mind.

Your legal rights

None of this affects your statutory rights. For online orders, the law gives you at least 14 days to change your mind. We give you 30.
